Aaron has over six years of engineering and facade design experience. He graduated summa cum laude from Michigan Technological University with a bachelors in civil engineering, structural focus. He resides in Traverse City, MI with his wife and golden retriever.
He holds professional engineering licensure in multiple states, is a FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot, licensed real estate salesperson (in MI), certified John Maxwell coach, speaker, and trainer. He’s passionate about travel, woodworking, family, and faith.
Kosco Engineering Group, PLLC was founded by Aaron Kostrzewa, seizing the opportunity to transition from the corporate sector and pursue a vision of engineering excellence independently. Aaron brings a wealth of experience from his work on high-rise and avant-garde buildings across major cities including San Francisco, Boston, New York, and beyond, providing clients with invaluable expertise.

61 story mixed-use skyscraper in downtown San Francisco consisting of unitized curtainwall and stainless steel panels. Aaron was a support engineer in the facade design and lead facade anchorage engineer.
